TECHINCAL MANAGER (HOME & PERSONAL CARE) - DURBAN

 

 

Key Role Description

Support the delivery of the Company Home and Personal Care R&D program into South Africa ensuring that consumer and customer needs are met. The R&D program delivery includes new product innovation, existing product renovation and cost improvement projects. This responsibility requires interaction and influencing of senior stakeholders as well as the ability to manage a high level of complexity.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BSC, BSc Chemical Engineering, BTech with relevant majors  chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry,microbiology, biotechnology).

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG business, ideally with previous management experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in Home & Personal Care products

• Minimum 3 years product development and/or process development experience

• Business awareness (including experience in multiple product categories and/ or roles)

• Business process understanding (data management, project management, innovation process management)
